Because, this country is for me was endowed with a beautiful mountains, and become choice of the filmmaker to published a movie film like Lord Of The Rings at here. And not only that, even the country which famous for its Rugby team "All Blacks" can also be proud to have one of skyscrapers tower even not among which highest in the world but it is still regarded as the highest tower in the southern part of the earth with a height 328 meters above the sea level.

The history of construction for this tower were require 2000 tons of steel, 660 tons of steel frame buildings and 15,000 cubic meters of cement and it is built could withstand winds up to a speed of 200 km / h and could withstand a magnitude 8 earthquake on the Richter scale.
